YES, our sales are multi-branded and boxes are carefully assembled in UKI YO garage.
• How long does it take to get my stylish products?
After you've placed your order, sit back and relax.
We'll send a confirmation email and keep you updated as your parcel is set on the pitlane.
• yes but... HOW MANY DAYS ?!
The exact delivery time depends on when we receive the products from our brand partners.
You can usually expect to find your products on the doorstep 2-3 weeks after placing your order.
It may seem a slow process, but we'd like to explain how it works:
1- We handpick and reserve exclusive products from our brand partners.
2- After a sale is over, the brand sends us their products.
3- We carefully prepare your order and ship it to you via courier.
• Can I track my parcel?
YES: go to My Account / My orders and browse to 'Delivery tracking' to follow your parcel as it makes its way from the brand, via our warehouses, to your doorstep.
• Can I choose my delivery date?
We receive and deliver dozens of products everyday making it difficult to personalise delivery dates.

• Delivery problems?
Still waiting? No parcel in sight? It's a rare occurrence, but there may be a slight delivery mix up.

• What happens if I am not available to receive my parcel?
If you're not in, our courier will leave a message and try again 24-48 hours later.
Still no luck? The courier will keep your parcel awaiting your instructions and then, if there's no news from you, send it back to our warehouses.
Once the parcel is back in Uki Garage, we'll offer you the choice of redelivery or, if you'd prefer, a full refund.
The exact charges are always displayed when it's time to pay.
Please be aware that if you add more items to your order the cost is NOT going up... but it is reduced to ZERO!
• Delivery Cost?
The cost depends on the weight, size and destination
but in Uki Garage it is mainly the value of your order that gives bonus and FREE shipping.
For logistics reasons, we always process each order separately,

remote destination down under...

• I received the wrong item!
We're deeply sorry if you've received the wrong product, or if something is missing in your order.
We work hard but sh*t happens, you know. Please rimind that we sell online but WE ALL ARE REAL HUMANS, not virtual super hero.

• Returns and refunds
NO problem ! click here.
• Exchanging items
As our stock is limited, and the garage sale is FLASH, it's not possible to exchange items.
If you decide to return the products, you'll be credited a full refund.
• It's possible to cancel my order?
YES until we receive the brand's products at our warehouse (you'll find this date in My Account / My Orders).
Your order will be cancelled within 24 hours and we'll send you an email to confirm this.
If your account has already been debited, the credit will pop up within 3 to 10 working days.
What if the parcel has already been shipped?
You have to send it back. Look at the Return-Refund process.
